Maria Thallemer :

Life Story:

Hello, everyone! My name is Maria Thallemer and I am originally from South Bend, Indiana. Due to my father’s service in the United States Air Force, we moved around a lot, but our family eventually settled down in Ocean Springs, Mississippi. I graduated from Ole Miss in May of 2022 (Hotty Toddy) and moved to Birmingham to obtain my masters degree at The University of Alabama at Birmingham shortly after. My experience in the Magic City has been nothing short of wonderful and I have no intentions of leaving anytime soon! Living with three of my closest friends, being a member of an amazing church, and working for a fantastic company – what more can a girl wish for?!

1. I lived in four different states by the time I was twelve, which sparked my love for travel!

2. I cheered at The University of Mississippi and am proud to call it my alma mater!

3. I attend Redeemer Community Church and love being involved in the Birmingham community!
